Having always been a runner with a keen interest in fitness, I discovered Pilates as a brilliant way of strengthening, stretching and focusing on key areas of my body to enhance my performance. I quickly fell in love with the practice and qualified as an instructor in 2017 with YMCA, specialised in Pre and post Natal Pilates with HFE and am currently qualifying in the highest level (Level 4) with Body Control Pilates.
At The Pilates Life I aim to use my passion to ensure Pilates is enjoyable for everyone! Each class is flowing, dynamic and beneficial to everyday living. I allow you to build on your development, whatever level you are. With every class I teach you’ll improve your posture, help prevent injury, focus on bodily alignment and get a good old core work out!

GROUP AND CORPORATE CLASSES
All classes are focused on the Pilates principles, homing in on core stability, breathing, mobility, alignment, precision of movement and flexibility offering different levels to suit all abilities. These classes ensure they help you build a healthy body and improve posture.
For businesses looking to give back to their work force, Pilates will increase productivity and enhance the wellbeing of staff.
PRIVATE OR SEMI-PRIVATE CLASSES
I teach private sessions all over London. Working to your goals I create a personalised programme tailored to your needs to ensure you get the most out of the session.
Classes can be booked as semi-private or an individual basis, being available to come to your location or via zoom link.
PRE AND POST NATAL CLASSES
With a specialist interest in Pre and Post Natal Pilates, I can support you through your pregnancy journey and beyond. With a child of my own I understand the importance of moving through a slow, sustained series of exercises using core strength and focused breathing to prepare the body and aid recovery.
